Exotic East was a professional company to deal with. We placed our Bali thatching order and deposit in October and picked up in November as planned for when we needed it. They were happy to warehouse it on our behalf till then. Our Bali thatch order was not only ready when they said it would be, but they also provided a very helpful service with some DIY tips which proved to be very important. Fantastic for entertaining with guests especially on those scorching hot days. I have a ceiling fan, fridge, TV and furniture in mine. It’s 100% water tight as they said it would be. They even offered to deliver and unload my Bali thatch free of charge because I was local. My mate has already ordered some Bali thatch from Exotic East too.
